My passion lies in using fresh, local ingredients to design bespoke menus for clients in South West France. While French dishes form the heart of my menus, I also enjoy exploring other cuisines together with catering to diverse dietary needs such as vegetarians, vegans & those with food allergies.

Delvin was the perfect caterer for our wedding! The food was delicious and timely. So many of our guests came to us very impressed including the French which is saying something for a British caterer!
It was a perfect fusion of classic French and international flavours all beautifully presented. But what we appreciated the most was Delvin’s calming and quiet way of handling all the preparation before the big day – he was so reassuring and laid back it took so much of the stress away. Delvin’s menu choices are excellent I couldn’t ask for anything better, however he still found ways to tailor it and make it personal to what we wanted and was super flexible.
He was also always helpful and providing contacts for different suppliers and even brought extra ice because we couldn’t find any.

The food Delvin prepared was nothing short of exceptional. From the exquisite appetizers that set the tone for the evening, to the mouthwatering main courses that left everyone in awe, and finally, the decadent desserts that brought the festivities to a sweet conclusion, every dish was a true testament to Delvin’s talent and creativity.
Delvin’s team was outstanding, showcasing seamless coordination and service. The efficiency and warmth with which they catered to our guests made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

60th Birthday Party Review – Stephanie & Nigel : Aug 23
Recently we had a 60th birthday celebration that we held at home in our garden. Delvin and his team were recommended to me and we first met late last year. From the outset Delvin was professional, friendly and able to contribute soundly to my ideas. On the day of the event Delvin and the team were fabulous. The food was incredible. We had three coeliacs and they were catered for and felt included throughout. The canapés were beautifully presented and tasty! Food was served from the BBQ and the whole team ensured that our party was a massive success.

Delvin and his team were nothing short of exceptional – they were accommodating, experienced and professional. During the lead up to our wedding day, Delvin was extremely helpful, offering his advise and sharing his experience of big events. He responded to emails promptly and followed through with any plans or discussions. He was proactive with finding solution to issues that arose and was very well organised which meant the whole process was simple and hassle free. We felt assured that we were in very safe hands!
On the wedding day, Delvin and his team demonstrated a plethora of skills and expertise that can only come from years of experience working in the hospitality industry. We were genuinely blown away with his organisation off his staff and our guests. He went above and beyond to make our wedding day run smoothly and without stress – it seemed he couldn’t do enough!
Above all of that, Delvin’s food was a highlight of our wedding. It was far from the stereotypical batch-made meals that are so common at big events. We had many, many compliments about the food! It was varied, fresh, well prepared and absolutely delicious. He made more than enough and some of our guests couldn’t resist going up for thirds!
We feel so pleased and lucky that we had Delvin and his team catering our wedding. We could not recommend him enough – a truly incredible experience.

Delvin was recommended to us by a neighbour in France as she’d recently worked with him.
From start to finish, the man is Genie !
I contacted him via Instagram, we discussed, we emailed, we arranged to meet when we were in France, we chose our menus, with helpful advice, and suggestions, we met again, and then the big day was upon us.
We had NOT a moment of concern… Delvin arrived, organised everything, produced a delicious meal, catered for children, vegetarians, vegans, drop outs, extras. All with no fuss, absolutely no stress shown, nothing appeared too much trouble.
I say Genie… Delvin is a gentle calm man, who appeared, big smile, in the midst of catering for our guests, Then left, the Salle de Fêtes kitchen exactly as he’d found it, pristine ! And that was it…Honestly, THE most stressless catering experience ever !
Would absolutely recommend to anyone enquiring about his service. You won’t be disappointed with the food choices, the menu, the taste, the service and the calm that Delvin dishes out!
